Welcome to AdeshSofTech Solutions. By accessing our website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using our services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Service Description

AdeshSofTech Solutions provides various technology solutions including but not limited to:

  • Web Development Services
  • Mobile Application Development
  • Cloud Services
  • CRM & ERP Solutions
  • IT Infrastructure Services

3. Project Terms

  • 50% advance payment is required to initiate any project
  • Project timelines will be mutually agreed upon before project commencement
  • Change requests may incur additional charges and timeline adjustments
  • Final payment is due before the final delivery of the project

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights for the developed solutions will be transferred to the client only after complete payment is received. Until then, AdeshSofTech Solutions retains all rights to the developed solutions.

5. Warranty and Support

  • 3 months of free support for bug fixes after project delivery
  • Additional support and maintenance packages available
  • Regular updates and security patches for supported projects

6. Termination

Either party can terminate the service agreement with a 30-day written notice. Any pending payments must be cleared, and all completed work will be handed over to the client.

7. Limitation of Liability

AdeshSofTech Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.

8. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Maharashtra.

9. Changes to Terms

AdeshSofTech Solutions reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify clients of any material changes via email or through our website.
